Service Overview
High impact, transformative talking therapy near St Ives and Penzance in Cornwall and online across the UK.
I offer services to individuals, couples and groups. I work with adolescents (teenagers) and adults.
Working using the clinically proven modality of Transactional Analysis a recognised school in the Humanistic and Integrative School of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy)
Choose whether sessions are online using MS Teams or face-to-face in my lovely cosy studio based in West Cornwall with access to the outside and the possibility to be in nature with a “walk and talk session”
Sessions last 50 minutes (unless previously agreed)
My practice is rooted in the very human quality of empathy, but therapy with me is a collaborative experience, show up as you are and we will work together at your pace to explore your goals, make meaning of your experiences and feelings and work towards holding all parts of you gently.

Individuals Therapy
One to One therapy, that is tailored to you as an individual, exploring the issues which are impacting you, looking at patterns and experiences and collaboratively working to help you find your path to meaningful change. Rates at £55
Specialised Couples Therapy
A calm and gentle space to explore the dynamics of your relationship and recognise any limiting patterns or behaviours. A helping hand to rebuild solid foundations and nurture the spark in your relationship. Rates at £65
